Rebuild of the Ludwig-Richter-Monument
at Brühlsche Terrasse in Dresden

The foundation "Förderverein Schlösser und Gärten Dresden" wants to rebuild the Ludwig-Richter-Monument at Brühlsche Terrasse in Dresden, which was build in 1898.
They started their work yet.
 

   
History:

Ludwig Richter was born September 28th 1803 in Dresden-Friedrichstadt and died June 19th 1884. He became famous as a german painter and illustrator, who created romantic paintings of landscapes with a special country- and humantouch.

The monument in order to honour him and his work, created by Eugen Viktor Kircheisen, was liquified in 1943.
A model of the monument was shown in the
Ludwig-Richter-Exhibition in the Albertinum.
